With a M.Ed, I've been a doula for 11 years and have served at the births of 91 beautiful babies. A graduate of Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, I'm also certified to teach Whole Birth Yoga, and was trained in Prenatal Thai Yoga Massage at Lotus Palm Studio in Montreal. Whenever 3 or more women are interested in prenatal yoga, I am happy to provide classes in Navarre.
